Montebelo Villas is a residential project by RAR Imobiliária, located in the historic area of Foz Velha in Porto. It aims to offer a luxurious experience to an affluent market segment, so a brand identity and communication strategy was needed to emphasise its unique qualities and attract the target audience.
To bring the project to life, we started with the basics: developing a name, a visual identity and a communication strategy that would capture the essence of the project. The name Montebelo Villas was chosen to convey both the privileged location and the unique character of the property, while the signature “The Art of Living RAR” translates the true purpose of the space: to celebrate well-being, privacy and comfort in every detail.
We developed a unique symbol for Montebelo Villas, where each stroke honours a villa, forming the letters M and V as a visual representation of the name. The number of strokes corresponds to the total number of villas, and the thickness of each stroke reflects the different residential typologies.
The typeface was carefully selected to balance sophistication and legibility, while at the same time giving it a classic, premium feel. The colour palette was inspired by the natural beauty and architectural charm of each of the Villas. Each element was designed to communicate the brand’s elegance and premium positioning.
We created communication materials with surprising finishes: brochures, business cards, floor plans, plant holders, stationery and envelopes with exclusive textures that envelop the touch and awaken the eye. We also designed a construction billboard that highlights the uniqueness and exclusivity of Montebelo Villas, conveying the project’s identity to everyone who passes by.
