Carlos Natal is a Portuguese company specializing in the production and distribution of furniture
coverings. Despite being recognized in the market, the company wanted to attract new
audiences and differentiate itself from its competitors.
To meet these goals, it was necessary to analyze Carlos Natal and its competitors, and conduct
interviews with relevant stakeholders. From the insights gathered, we concluded that a complete rebranding was necessary.
It was important that the new identity and storytelling reflected the essence of the brand, its
different way of being and working within the world of fabrics. More than offering quality products, it’s about experiencing the sensation of texture and creating and maintaining lasting bonds with customers, partners and employees.
With this in mind, we created the concept “Feeling Beyond Quality”, from which we developed
identity (manifesto, signature, mission, vision and values) and visual (logo, typography and
image style) strategies.
Besides producing stationery and photographic content to represent the products in a captivating way within the new image, we produced a video that captures the passion, care and family spirit of the company.
Finally, to strengthen Carlos Natal’s digital presence, we developed a new website with a design
in line with the brand’s identity, guaranteeing visitors easy navigation and usability.
