Sodexo<\/strong> is a company that focuses on providing services related to the quality of life of human beings.<\/strong> To represent internally this culture of wellness, Mojobrands was then challenged to design the decoration of new offices<\/strong> of the company, transforming these workspaces into spaces of well-being.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Taking Sodexo’s own motto of “wellness and quality of life”<\/strong>as a starting point, our focus was to create spaces that, although work-oriented, would still offer peace and comfort<\/strong> to the entire team, and physically represent the company’s values. <\/p>\n

This spatial balance serves as a means of enhancing the performance of all employees. The plant was divided into distinct zones, with different functions and visions, based on the sensations that each one intends to convey while creating a fluid journey through those same areas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The lobby is the place where first impressions are made. It is a space where we want people to feel welcome<\/strong>. So, we envisioned a space that feels more like “home” in a comfortable and cozy <\/strong>sense. We chose warm colors and textures like wood<\/strong> to express this same feeling.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lounges<\/strong> are places where employees can recharge their batteries and bond.<\/strong>. These spaces bring a sense of comfort and dynamism<\/strong>, stimulating the spirit of cooperation and communication. In this area, we worked with a mix of materials such as wood and different shades of green to create a relaxing environment. <\/p>\n

The corridors <\/strong>are no longer simple passage areas, but rather zones for “thought and reflection”<\/strong>. Here we favored shapes, textures, and colors, along with inspirational quotes and phrases.<\/p>\n

The meeting rooms<\/strong>, especially the upper room in the second building, were designed to spark productivity<\/strong>, dynamism<\/strong> and collaboration<\/strong> among everyone. With a concept based on flexibility and versatility, this space supports one or several parties, at different times, ranging from informal to formal. A place to enhance and share knowledge.<\/p>\n

The pantries and dining areas<\/strong> were designed for employee well-being. This area brings a sense of coziness<\/strong> to all moments of rest or mealtime. We used a blend of materials and colors to make this space warm<\/strong> and relaxing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Some of the walls of both buildings are still blank canvases that can be used to promote interaction. As such, we can find everywhere, small note boards, candy dispensers, and so on, always available for anyone to use.<\/p>\n
